Easy Return and Exchange Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us by 5 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day after receiving your item. Please note, the purchase date is considered Day 0.
Return Eligibility:
Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been modified, damaged, involved in an accident, or altered in any way from their original delivered condition. Additionally, items used as collateral for a loan (encumbered items) are not eligible for return.
